The rapidly growing Raymond Corporation required an expanded parking lot. Upstate Companies was contracted to design and build a lot that would make the best use of all available property.
A parking lot was constructed on both sides of the wetland. Retaining walls, pedestrian bridges and culverts were required to provide access to parking. Several underground structures and drainage systems ensured the stability of the subsurface. The 100,000 sq. ft. of asphalt parking lot created 225+ parking spaces.
